Controls the level of N4 database caching. Turning on database caching reduces reduces XPS-compliant object computation cost during initialization of the Bridge daemon. The N4 objects that need to go to XPS are converted to XPS format during the business transaction. This makes the typical business transactions somewhat heavier, but makes the Bridge fetch during the Bridge restart somewhat faster. Navis recommends you work with the default values unless there is significant slowness in bridge startup.
This setting can take on one of the following values:
OFF: The database cache is not used.
SHADOW: N4 writes data for testing to the database cache.
ON: The database cache replaces the cache.
The default value for this setting is OFF.
